Bayshore’s Integrated Care Solutions is seeking a dynamic Clinical Educator to lead the development and delivery of impactful education programs that support safe, high-quality care across our community and facility-based programs. In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design and implement training initiatives that empower our clinical staff, enhance professional development, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive education programs for clinical staff, including orientation, competency development, and ongoing professional growth. Ensure all training aligns with Bayshore’s standards and regulatory requirements, incorporating current research and best practices in nursing education. Develop engaging training materials such as user guides and educator manuals for new and existing policies, procedures, and clinical processes. Deliver training sessions and maintain clear communication of schedules to staff across Integrated Care Solutions. Collaborate with the Clinical Quality team to ensure adherence to clinical policies and procedures. Gather and analyze staff feedback to continuously improve training methodologies and support successful implementation of new clinical programs. Stay current with new applications and technologies to update training content and deliver effective instruction. Participate in project teams and committees to provide a training perspective during new initiatives. Support quality improvement and health & safety initiatives in alignment with Bayshore’s standards. Maintain confidentiality of client and corporate information. Education & Certification BScN from an accredited institution (required) Current valid license as a Registered Nurse (required) Certificate or degree in Adult Education (preferred) Additional certifications in wound care, ostomy, central venous access, palliative care, or advanced dementia care (preferred) Experience 3–5 years of nursing experience in home care and/or acute care settings Strong documentation skills and familiarity with CNO standards and RNAO best practices Proven experience in staff training, mentoring, and patient assessment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical documentation systems; experience with eLearning platforms is an asset Other Requirements Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams Access to a personal vehicle and willingness to travel across Ontario Why Bayshore ICS?
