About the Company ACL Hygienic is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Master Planner to lead and manage stock planning and procurement activities. This pivotal role involves using SAP and the integrated MRP system to forecast, plan, and control inventory levels, ensuring optimal availability of materials to support production and customer demand. The Master Planner will coordinate closely with internal departments and lead the Purchasing team to deliver efficient and cost-effective procurement solutions. This role reports directly to the Operations Director. About the Role This role involves leading and managing stock planning and procurement activities. Responsibilities Use SAP and the integrated MRP system to: Monitor stock levels, Generate purchase requirements, Optimise planning parameters. Develop and manage demand forecasts in collaboration with sales, production, and customer service teams. Create and maintain material planning schedules, aligning procurement with production demand and stockholding targets. Ensure stock availability for production while maintaining cost-effective inventory levels. Oversee and support the Purchasing Department, ensuring timely and accurate placement of purchase orders. Act as the key liaison between purchasing, production, warehouse, and suppliers to manage lead times and resolve material supply issues. Analyse historical usage, forecast accuracy, and supply performance to drive planning improvements. Support continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain and inventory control processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding procurement and inventory management. Qualifications Degree or professional qualification in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). APICS/CPIM or similar supply chain certification is desirable but not essential. Required Skills Proven experience in a planning or supply chain role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong working knowledge of SAP and MRP systems is essential. Experience leading or coordinating purchasing functions and working with suppliers. Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. Knowledge of hygienic or industrial components (pipes, fittings, valves, etc.) is a strong advantage.
