THE ROLE: As a Senior Product Designer , you’ll own the end-to-end design process across critical onboarding and account journeys, driving conversion, engagement, and overall customer experience. You’ll get stuck into everything: Discovery, ideation, prototyping, and delivery Shaping strategic decisions alongside product and engineering Elevating design quality across the team Mentoring junior designers and pushing design standards forward This isn’t just about making things look good. You’ll have real influence on the product vision and where it’s headed.
