Business Intelligence Analyst

BI Analyst Up to £70,000 Hybrid - West Yorkshire (2x days per month) We are seeking a skilled BI Analyst to take ownership of building and managing a modern data warehouse environment for a market-leading UK business with a strong national presence. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a small, collaborative team, working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver high-quality data solutions that drive insight and innovation. The Role Partner with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements and design fit-for-purpose solutions Build and manage a data warehouse end-to-end, integrating data from multiple core platforms Work hands-on with Azure Data Factory for data extraction, transformation, and loading into an Azure SQL Data Warehouse Collaborate with Power BI developers to create effective data models and reporting solutions Operate within a CI/CD environment, engaging with wider software development teams Ensure robust connections and integrations (e.g. gateway setup) to enable seamless data flow Skills & Experience Strong experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL Data Warehouse Proven track record of managing a data warehouse lifecycle end-to-end Experience with Power BI for data modelling and analytics Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and collaboration with software developers (desirable) Comfortable working both independently and in partnership with business stakeholders Adaptable and flexible – experience in smaller, agile teams a plus If you would like to register your interest, send your CV to riversteytler@harnham.com.
