IAM/PAM Project Manager

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage IAM and PAM projects with a focus on Okta, CyberArk, and MFA solutions. Oversee the design, implementation, and support of IAM/PAM solutions across global environments. Manage a team of 9 engineers/analysts, providing direction, mentorship, and performance oversight. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful execution. Conduct project planning, risk management, and resource allocation to meet objectives. Ensure secure identity lifecycle management, access governance, privileged account management, and compliance reporting. Coordinate with infrastructure teams on Windows, Linux, and database integration with IAM/PAM solutions. Deliver presentations, status reports, and executive updates to stakeholders and leadership teams. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, automation, and end-user experience. Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Skillset/qualification Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master’s preferred). 12 years of experience in IT Security / IAM / PAM, with 3 years in project management or leadership roles. Hands-on expertise with Okta (IAM), CyberArk (PAM), and MFA solutions. Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and databases (Oracle/SQL). Proven experience managing medium-sized teams (8–12 members) and driving cross-functional projects. Excellent project management skills (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid) with PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Experience working in global, 24x7 support environments is a plus. Certification in CyberArk or Okta is preferred. Good Communication and Presentation skill.
