Job Description

Responsibilities: Quality Score System Optimization and Maintenance: Responsible for the daily maintenance of the existing quality score system, monitoring various metrics, and promptly identifying and resolving potential issues. Continuously optimize the quality score calculation model based on business development and rider feedback to enhance its fairness and effectiveness. Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of quality score-related data to identify key factors influencing rider delivery quality. Provide data support for optimizing the quality score system and developing incentive strategies through data analysis. Rider Incentive Strategy Development and Execution: Design and execute diverse rider incentive strategies based on the score system, including but not limited to priority dispatch, cash rewards, and honorary titles. Ensure that incentive strategies effectively improve rider delivery quality, reduce cancellation and rejection rates, and enhance user satisfaction. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, technology, customer service, and other departments to promote the development and optimization of quality score system-related functions. Ensure that the score system is effectively integrated with other company systems to improve overall operational efficiency. Risk Management: Monitor the operation of the quality score system, promptly identify and address potential risks, such as malicious score manipulation and cheating. Develop effective risk response measures to ensure the fairness and impartiality of the health score system. Quality Score Rule Promotion and Training: Responsible for promoting quality score rules to riders, answering rider questions, and improving riders' understanding and recognition of the health score system. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis or operations, with expertise in the food delivery, e-commerce, or logistics industries preferred. Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, with strong data processing and analysis skills. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify problems from complex data and propose solutions. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments. In-depth understanding of the rider ecosystem and delivery business, with the ability to think from the rider's perspective. Strong ability to work under pressure and execute, with the ability to complete work tasks in a rapidly changing environment. Bonus Points: Experience in operating similar systems, such as health scores or credit scores. Familiarity with data analysis methods such as A/B testing and user profiling. Project management experience is a plus.
