Responsibilities: End-to-End BI Development: Lead the full development life cycle of BI projectsfrom initial issue statement and analysis to design, development, testing, implementation, and ongoing support. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Query, analyse, and build critical management financial reports that provide a clear view of business performance. Solution Design & Visualization: Utilise the full MS BI stack (including SSRS, SSAS, Power BI, SQL Query, and Excel) to develop the most effective and appropriate data solutions and dashboards for the business. Stakeholder Engagement: Independently generate intelligible outputs for a senior audience, including department managers and the executive board of directors. Provide training and technical support to end-users. Data Quality & Optimization: Conduct quality assessments of data and reports, perform code reviews, analyse execution plans, and re-factor inefficient code for optimal performance. Requirements: 5 years of experience in data analysis/mining. 3 years of experience in BI report writing with SSRS and Power BI development. 3 years of experience in data warehouse design and developing SSAS tabular models.
