Warehouse Supervisor – Finished Goods

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Verify daily production totals and manage warehouse space. Supervise warehouse operations: stock movement, storage, and safety compliance. Maintain forklift, cleaning, and training registers. Assist with stocktakes and audits, including food safety. Prepare truck documentation and ensure accurate picking and loading. Monitor truck schedules, invoices, and purchase orders. Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards; participate in Gemba walks. Supervise staff attendance, timesheets, and workflow efficiency. REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 (Diploma in Warehouse & Distribution Management preferred) 5 years experience in stock control/warehousing in customer-focused business 2 years forklift experience handling fragile products Computer literacy: SAGE, MS Word, Outlook, Excel (Intermediate/Advanced) Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently, under pressure, and pay attention to detail OTHER SKILLS: Attention to detail, logical thinker, self-motivated. Ability to work under pressure and independently. Forklift driving skills, including handling fragile products. Pallet loading and stacking skills. Container loading skills.
