Digital Marketing Assistant (JB5603) Remote (With Occasional vist to office in Modderfontein, Gauteng) R23 000 to R25 000 a month CTC Permanent A leading organisation in the travel retail sector is seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Manager in executing and optimising digital campaigns across web, email, and social platforms. The role ensures consistent brand presence, drives online engagement, and delivers analytical insights to improve performance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Minimum Requirements: Matric / Grade 12 13 years experience in a digital marketing role Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience with eCommerce platforms (Adobe Magento, WordPress) Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, and content creation Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor) Experience with digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) Video editing skills (advantageous) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Duties and Responsibilities: Support the Marketing Manager with execution of the marketing plan Assist in planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns across website, email, and social media Maintain and update corporate and e-commerce websites using CMS tools Conduct keyword research and support SEO optimisation Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms Assist with email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, and performance tracking Monitor and report on digital campaign performance using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and other tools Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to develop engaging marketing materials Keep up to date with digital marketing trends and propose new strategies to improve results Please do not apply using Scanned CVs, no supporting documentation is required at this point, this will be requested later.
