Foyles of Glasbury is an independently owned restaurant and boutique hotel in the heart of the village. Lovingly restored from its former life as the Maesllwch Arms, it now features ten individually designed guest rooms and has become a destination for seasonal dining, weekend getaways and special occasions. We're looking for a Head Chef to take the reins, someone confident managing a brigade, shaping menus and delivering quality across every service. This is a hands-on role for a chef who wants to lead by example, inspire their team and push standards forward. This is a full-time, hands-on position that includes evenings, weekends and some bank holidays. As with many senior kitchen roles, weekly hours will typically exceed 48. We're also closed on Christmas Day so you can spend it with loved ones.
