ABOUT THE ROLE Responsible for the end-to-end management of company assets and materials, including inventory control, maintenance, recycling, disposal, and system operations, ensuring asset security, compliance, and efficient utilization. Job Responsibilities: Manage the inbound and outbound flow of materials; verify that material name codes, quantities, and specifications match system records and purchase orders; establish asset cards in a timely manner to ensure alignment between physical items, records, and system entries. Review and oversee the recycling of materials and the optimal allocation of idle resources. Track material maintenance activities, assign maintenance personnel, monitor maintenance progress, and collect and analyze maintenance data. Review and handle scrapped materials and commodities according to company procedures; ensure proper disposal of such items. Provide guidance and supervision on departmental material and asset management; ensure the implementation of asset management responsibilities at the individual level; manage recovery and compensation in cases of material damage or loss. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above; at least 5 years of experience in asset management or administrative management is preferred. Familiar with asset management processes; proficient in asset management systems and computer operations, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.). Solid knowledge of asset management, including asset definition, classification, management methods, and understanding of the asset lifecycle concept.
