This role requires strong experience in finance, customer and supplier reconciliation, and hands-on involvement with OEM factory operations—not just cost calculation, but also settlement and overall business collaboration. Your responsibilities Partner with the sales team to provide financial insights, ensuring sales strategies and initiatives are profitable and sustainable. Develop, manage, and monitor sales policies, incentive schemes, and commission structures in alignment with company objectives. Lead product pricing analysis, including cost structures, competitive benchmarks, and margin optimization. Manage customer and supplier account reconciliations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely settlements. Work closely with OEM factories, not only on cost calculation but also on settlement, reconciliation, and ongoing financial relationship management. Prepare financial analyses, reports, and forecasts to support decision-making across commercial and operational teams. Identify risks and opportunities in pricing and sales policies, proposing corrective actions where needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, supply chain, operations) to ensure alignment on pricing and financial objectives. Requirement for the position Subbmit your CV in English please Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, with strong exposure to sales support and commercial finance. Proven knowledge of sales policies, incentive management, and financial modeling. Experience in customer and supplier reconciliation and settlements. Prior exposure to OEM/factory operations, with a hands-on approach to financial management beyond cost calculation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in financial systems, MS Excel, and ERP tools. Fluency in English required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus. Experience in companies in the initial phase of operation in Brazil (stage 0→1), especially in contexts of rapid expansion is a plus Do you have the necessary qualifications and want to make it real?
