Know more: Keeta website What You'll Do: Responsible for collecting information, tracking the process, and final delivery of all merchant material procurement in Brazil . Ensure all required materials are delivered accurately, timely, and safely. Timely identify risk points in the material procurement process and communicate with multiple business parties to eliminate risks promptly. Maintain close communication with the BD team and merchants , and continuously optimize the overall material process based on customer feedback. What We Need From You: Have product operation experience . Familiar with the standard internal processes from product development, product operation, to product iteration. Familiar with the merchant-side operations of e-commerce platforms . Priority given to those with experience in the food delivery industry. Priority given to those familiar with merchant metric operations. Possess in-depth knowledge of the daily operations of Brazilian food delivery merchants, or be able to collaborate with various internal teams to identify merchants' operational needs and pain points. Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills. Can use Portuguese and English as working languages.
