Job Description
Role: Customer Service Representative Location: TECNOPARQUE AZCAPOTZALCO- Mexico City (CDMX) Type: Full-time (On-site) Language : Spanish & English Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding customer support to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: High school diploma (completed). Advanced English level (B2 and above). Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Tech Support, or Sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. Knowledge of CRM systems and tools (preferred). Schedule flexibility.
