About the job We’re looking for an experienced Data Partnerships Development Manager to be in charge of data partnerships at Dyna.ai for LATAM, one of the core markets for our business. The candidate needs to be based in Mexico City with a focus on the Mexico market and also cover the broader LATAM countries. Travelling will be required. Job Responsibilities • Identify partners in Telco, eCommerce, utility, employment, payment, credit bureau, government database (social security, tax etc), logistics, transaction data, SMS, collection and more, for data collaboration to help build our credit scoring and analytical/anti-fraud products. • Manage the full data partner life cycle, including vendor sourcing and selection, evaluation, constructing business model frameworks, commercial negotiation, legal review, signing, facilitating transition to product/engineering teams for implementation, and bill reconciliation. • Proactively work with our data product, credit scoring team and regional sales team, and engage directly with C-level executives and key stakeholders at partners to close partnerships. • Conduct competitor analysis, gather market intelligence in respective markets, and provide insights to our product roadmap and partnership landscape. Job Requirements • MBA in any discipline; top school graduate preferred; overseas education and multinational company experience is a plus. • Must have 5–10 years of proven track record in the Financial Services/Telco industry/Credit Bureau in Mexico, with successful experience in Partnership Development roles and executed partnership deals that delivered measurable results; exposure to consumer lending companies is a plus. • Solid understanding of enterprise credit risk decision solutions, eKYC, digital lending, digital fraud prevention, AML, AI/big data, and analytics modelling. • Strong network of partners in sectors including but not limited to Telco, eCommerce, utility, employment, payment, credit bureau, government database (social security, tax etc), logistics, transaction data, SMS, collection and more. • Sectors/Expertise: FinTech, data partnerships, vendor partnerships with banks and digital banks, customer services, technology and procurement vendors, and credit scoring. • Excellent written and verbal communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings; strong commercial negotiation and analytical skills. • Soft Skills: Proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, team player, and flexibility to collaborate across international time zones (HQ Singapore–China). • Result-driven, self-starter, problem solver with a diligent and proactive attitude; capable of delivering efficiency and execution, and a strong team contributor. • Proficient in speaking and writing in English and Spanish.
