Role Summary: This role is focused on developing, growing and supporting the dealer network for Geely Auto Spain. Key focus of the role is on developing and implementing programs that support the growth of dealer’s retail business, improve network quality, and service levels for the end customer. This position has the responsibility to manage Dealer programs and will work closely with Geely Management, field staff and Dealers to develop individual dealer annual plans keep up to date on network performance and execute appropriate actions in a timely manner. Identifying and assessing new dealer prospects, appointments, dealer monitoring and performance management as well as terminations are core functions of this role. Key Responsibilities: Network Work with the Network Director and Network Managers to implement network strategy in line with the Sales plan. Manage all legal processes and communications around dealer appointment and management, including startups, terminations, relocations etc. Manage dealer performance, dealer performance to be reviewed quarterly with results presented to the management team and dealer. Implement Geely SI standards (facility & processes) across dealer network and audited to ensure dealer is compliant. Financial Reporting Implement dealer reporting, ensuring system and reporting guidelines are in place. Review results monthly checking for accuracy and financial performance. Work with dealers to set action plans, to meet KPI’s set. Preferred competencies: 3–5 years’ experience in a Network Manager role (Automotive/OEM). Management experience in retail or distributor level. Strong understanding in automotive, dealer operations, legal framework / franchise code. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities. Confident working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on, solutions-first attitude. Excellent data driven decision making skills and the ability to influence up. Strong strategic thinking in business action skills. Travel will be required to visit dealerships and events nationally. Bilingual in English and Mandarin would be highly preferred.
