With successful venues in Madrid, Melbourne, and Dallas, we are now entering a new phase of international expansion across Europe. Our business model is based on tracks • turnkey experiences we install in licensed venues. Each track generates strong recurring revenue, requires minimal staff, and has proven global appeal. We are now looking for a Head of International Expansion to lead our European growth strategy. Role & Responsibilities Design and execute our European expansion strategy Generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads (investors, operators, hospitality groups) Negotiate and close license agreements (each track valued at €70,000) Represent Bombastik! at international franchise and leisure industry events Coordinate with HQ to ensure smooth delivery and support for new partners Identify and develop master franchisees and local partners in key markets Requirements 3 years of proven experience in international expansion, franchise/licensing, or business development Track record of opening 2–3 countries for a brand in leisure, fitness, hospitality, or retail Strong B2B consultative sales skills (long-cycle, high-ticket sales) Fluent English (C1). French or German highly valued Established European network and willingness to travel (20–30%) Entrepreneurial, hunter mindset, results-driven Compensation Base salary: €65,000 to €85,000 per year Performance bonus: €7,000 per track sold (10%) OTE (On-Target Earnings): €100,000 to €150,000 per year Benefits Laptop & phone provided Travel and representation expenses covered (flights, hotels, client meetings) Corporate card for simplified expense management Opportunity to grow into Global Expansion Director as the brand scales Why join us?
