Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role as a Digital Marketing Consultant at Placewise. The right candidate will work with leading shopping centers in Southern Europe. Candidates must be business fluent in Italian, French and English. If you also master Spanish - that would be hitting the jackpot! Key Tasks: Help plan, build and support the execution of Marketing & CRM strategies and campaigns Support the development of external marketing campaigns to recruit new shoppers and loyalty club members Provide clients with analytical reports and support the use of data for better decision-making Help increase traffic and sales for our customers through data-driven communication and marketing Drive management of client apps and websites Meet with client frequently to discuss goals and success metrics We are searching for someone who has at least 2 years experience within Marketing, CRM or Digital. Having worked in the retail/shopping center industry is a plus! The candidate should have the confidence to collaborate with the marketing teams at our clients and retailers. Additionally, we are a global organization and the candidate should feel comfortable to work efficiently with colleagues both in the US and Europe. Must-Have Qualifications: Multilingual: English, Italian & French at a minimum B2 level. Preferably also Spanish. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, media or communications Experience in managing and working with clients, demonstrating the ability to build strong relationships. Solid verbal and written communication skills Analytical skills & the ability to understand marketing performance metrics Microsoft Suite proficiency, bonus points if you are an Excel pro!
