He does so by creating timeless pieces that, enhanced by precious materials and artisanal craftwork, resist the whim of fleeting trends with their pure and essential design JOB DESCRIPTION We are hiring a Junior Assistant Store Manager (40 hr) for our Armani store in C.C. Madrid Río , to support the Store Manager in the daily supervision of the sales team and ensure an exceptional customer experience. PURPOSE As a member of the management team, you will report to the Store Manager and help maximize sales and service performance by leading from the front and being a role model to the team. You will use your product knowledge and leadership skills to drive the team and deliver a world-class service every time. RESPONSIBILITIES Support and encourage the sales team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly store targets. Maximize sales opportunities and ensure world-class service delivery. Carry out any reasonable requests made by the Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations. Assist in coaching sessions to develop the team’s luxury service skills. Follow grooming guidelines and are incorrect season uniform at all times. DAILY OPERATIONS Help manage daily store operations including planners, individual targets, break schedules, and floor coverage. Ensure team compliance with timekeeping and attendance policies. Support accurate till operations and adherence to company guidelines. Assist in stocktake preparations and understand the process from an Operations and Loss Prevention perspective. Understand and achieve your sales targets, productivity, ATV, UPT, and mystery shopper results. HOUSEKEEPING AND HEALTH & SAFETY Maintain the highest standards of store presentation, both inside and outside. Be aware of store security procedures and help protect company interests by reporting concerns to management. BEHAVIOURS FOR SUCCESS Motivated, energetic individual with a positive attitude. Strong commitment to customer service and store excellence. Proactive and able to work independently. High level of communication with clients, colleagues, and management. Ability to coach and mentor junior staff. PROFILE Proven experience in retail and management roles. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills Comfortable leading team-building initiatives Knowledge of inventory management Competency in Microsoft Office. High level of English
