Benelux Rental Agent

Short description Full time (Monday – Friday). Based in the Globexs Ruzafa office, Valencia. Partly home working possible after initial training period. Fixed contract, nomina 40h/week. Job description For our International operations (in particular Benelux) Globexs is searching for a rental agent responsible to consolidate our rapid expansion. We are looking for somebody who speaks Flemish. The job consists of: Matching tickets from potential tenants with our portfolio of rental apartments. Attending apartment owners who want to publish their apartment with Globexs. Incrementing our general portfolio of rental apartments. Coordinating marketing campaigns with the marketing department. Being the contact person for both owners and tenants during the full stay. Keywords to describe this job: CUSTOMER SERVICE The person we are looking for Has proven experience in sales. Has excellent communication and organizational skills. Has strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Is highly responsible & reliable. Speaks Flemish and English fluently.
