Senior Neurodevelopmental Practitioner - Autism/ADHD Hybrid, Yorkshire Up to £65,000 DOE Full-time, permanent Compass Associates is proud to be partnering with a well-established not-for-profit organisation offering a broad range of psychological therapies for children, young people, and adults. We are currently seeking a Senior Neurodevelopmental Practitioner to join their Adult Pathway on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a rewarding hybrid role ideal for a motivated and experienced clinician who is passionate about adult neurodevelopmental care. As a Senior Practitioner, you will carry your own clinical caseload, support complex cases, and take on leadership responsibilities within a multi-disciplinary team. You’ll also play a vital role in supervising junior staff and overseeing clinical assessments. The Role Conduct comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments (e.g. autism, ADHD) using tools like ADOS-2, ADI-R, DIVA, and cognitive assessments. Provide clinical supervision, mentor junior staff, contribute to service development, and assist the clinical lead in ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care. Maintain adherence to clinical guidelines (e.g. NICE), oversee audit processes, support safeguarding practices, and ensure accurate and ethical diagnostic reporting. Contribute to the growth of neurodevelopmental services, engage in clinical audits and improvement projects, and liaise with external partners and agencies.
