Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the service department Schedule, open, and manage repair orders efficiently Provide accurate service costing and quotations Liaise between customers and the workshop team to ensure clear communication Monitor job progress and keep customers updated Ensure all work is invoiced accurately and closed on time Maintain excellent customer satisfaction scores and build long-term relationships Minimum Requirements: Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry (essential) Strong administration and customer service skills Good understanding of vehicle servicing and repair processes Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Valid drivers license and clear criminal record
