We are seeking a visionary Salesforce Solution Architect to lead our digital transformation and elevate our customer engagement across all channels. Position Overview As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing a unified Salesforce ecosystem that supports our luxury retail operations. You’ll architect solutions across Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and proximity-based in-store technologies, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for our clientele. Key Responsibilities Strategic Architecture & Design Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds with future expansion into Marketing Cloud. Design integration strategies with POS, inventory, and e-commerce systems. Establish Salesforce as the single source of truth for customer data. Develop technical roadmaps aligned with business goals and omnichannel strategies. Implementation & Development Lead implementation efforts and coordinate with offshore teams. Enhance clienteling solutions for in-store experiences. Architect customer data models for high-value transactions and unified customer views. Technical Leadership Provide mentorship and technical guidance to development teams. Define best practices for Salesforce development and governance. Lead technical reviews and drive adoption of new Salesforce features. Business Partnership Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing, customer service, and retail operations. Support vendor evaluations and third-party integrations. Drive change management and user adoption initiatives. Qualifications and Skills Required Qualifications Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Application Architect; plus Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Field Service Lightning certifications. Experience: 7 years in technology, 5 years in Salesforce architecture; 5 years in retail technology (luxury preferred). Skills: Apex, LWC, Visualforce, REST/SOAP APIs, Boomi, data modeling, MDM. Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Preferred Qualifications Advanced Salesforce certifications (CTA, Marketing Cloud, Analytics Cloud). Integration architecture certifications (Boomi, MuleSoft). Experience in luxury retail, jewelry, or high-end consumer products. Familiarity with mobile, proximity-based engagement, and AI-driven personalization. Key Competencies Strong architectural vision and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement. Project management expertise in Agile/Scrum environments. Cultural alignment with luxury retail and customer-centric values. Working Standards This is a hybrid position with 3 days required in office, or on assigned days Range: $140,000 - $145,000 per year Fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience levels, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
