Deep Drainage Supervisor

Proman Recruitment is looking for Deep Drainage Supervisor in Wokingham holding Medium risk confined spaces – official day course for minimum 4 weeks job Responsibilities Supervise daily operations and coordinate tasks among team members to ensure timely project completion. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Provide training and support to team members in the use of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment. Assist in the assembly of components and structures, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications. Perform welding, plumbing, carpentry, and other trade-related tasks as required. Maintain an organised work environment by managing inventory of tools and materials. Facilitate communication between team members and management to address any issues or concerns promptly. Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and health & safety regulations. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within a trade or construction environment. Minimum 5 years experience experience as Supervisor BLUE CSCS or GOLD CSCS SMSTS or SSSTS Medium risk confined spaces – official day course Excellent leadership abilities with strong communication skills to motivate and guide team members.
