Operations and Sales Support Executive (Offshore - Cape Town)

Qualifications Matric Tertiary education would be advantageous Requirement Drivers Licence Computer Literate Duties Operational support related to the OFOG division Value add in the supply chain by engaging with existing and future suppliers of equipment and allied services Processing supply invoices for payment and sending respective invoices to the finance division of the company Adding value in the collection of funds from debtors Managing the value chain to ensure reduced costs and better customer service Sales support related to the OFOG division Marketing of the division to current and potential customers, both local and foreign Processing customer invoices, checking on pricing and quantities of supply/stock to ensure fulfilment of orders Forwarding customer invoices to the finance department for processing
