Position: Account Manager Location: Central and Southern Italy (Umbria, Marche, Campania, Lazio, Puglia) As an Account Manager , you will be the main sales contact for the territory, representing Quaker Houghton's full range of products, equipment, and services. Your focus will be on nurturing relationships with existing customers in the metalworking market, driving cross-selling, and enhancing customer satisfaction, as our customers’ success is our own. What We Offer Competitive pay bonus program Company car Meal tickets health insurance Two paid days for volunteering annually Career growth opportunities in commercial and related areas QH University: Online training for all levels Wellbeing, Mental Health, Women Inclusion & DEI programs Responsibilities Develop business in the designated regions to meet sales and margin targets Visit customer sites regularly to build relationships Create presentations, proposals, and commercial offers to demonstrate value Provide technical advice in collaboration with the Product Application team Coordinate with the KAM team to align strategies and maximize potential Collaborate with the Fluid Intelligence Solutions team on equipment sales Work with Customer Service and Technical Service teams to meet expectations Report on sales targets, budgets, and forecasts using CRM and IT tools Participate in industry conferences and trade shows Monitor industry trends, competitors, and regulations to inform strategy Candidate Profile Minimum 3 years' sales experience in metalworking, steel, or lubricants industries Experience with lubricants, coolants, or similar chemicals is preferred Educational background in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Chemical, or relevant engineering Fluent in Italian and English Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with extensive travel across the designated regions Soft Skills Safety-conscious Team-oriented, autonomous, results-driven Analytical and problem solver Customer-focused Join us to unleash your potential and be part of a global leader committed to safety, diversity, and excellence.
