Position: Account Manager You will be the primary sales contact for the North-West Italy territory, covering all of Quaker Houghton's products, equipment, and services. Your focus will be on nurturing relationships with existing customers in the metalworking market and driving cross-selling and customer satisfaction initiatives. Our customers’ success is our own. Build strong relationships with key contacts to increase satisfaction and cross-selling success. Create customer presentations, proposals, and value plans demonstrating Quaker Houghton’s benefits. Provide technical advice, collaborating with the Product Application team for solutions. Align with the KAM team on account strategy to maximize business potential. Coordinate with the Fluid Intelligence Solutions team on equipment sales. Work with Customer Service and Technical Service teams to meet customer expectations. Report on sales targets, budgets, and forecasts using CRM and IT tools. Participate in industry conferences and trade shows. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulations for market insights. Candidate Requirements: At least 3 years of proven sales experience in metalworking, steel rolling, or lubricants industries. Preferably experience in lubricants, greases, coolants, or similar chemicals. Educational background in Mechanical, Metallurgic, Chemical, or relevant engineering fields. Fluent in Italian and English. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Location: Field-based in North and West Italy.
