Job Description Lead all marketing activities for Scalable Capital in Italy, reporting directly to the CMO in Germany and the Italian market lead. Define marketing and growth strategies for the Italian market, managing the budget, channel mix, and KPIs across the entire funnel. Set goals aligned with the leadership team, track results, and lead a high-performing marketing team fostering innovation and data-driven decision-making. Oversee campaign planning across all awareness and conversion channels. Develop the most culturally relevant brand in finance in Italy, ensuring Italians think of Scalable when they consider investing. Ensure compliance with Italian and EU regulations, aiming to be the most trusted brand in finance by adhering to industry standards. Qualifications Several years of experience in marketing, including team leadership roles. Proven track record of scaling consumer tech or fintech brands in startup, scale-up, or agency/consulting environments within the Italian market. Full funnel mastery: acquisition, activation, retention across channels like brand, performance, content, partnerships, and CRM. Ability to balance bold creative strategies with an 80/20 optimization mindset: test, learn, and scale what works. Skill in linking product, brand, and growth into a cohesive story, combining creative taste with a focus on fast feedback and optimization. Ownership mentality: making decisions, thinking long-term, and completing projects. Fluent in Italian and English; German is a plus but not required.
