To learn more, see our values here (English). Job Description Lead all marketing activities for Scalable Capital in Italy, reporting directly to the CMO in Germany and the Italian market lead. Define marketing and growth strategies for Italy; own the budget, channel mix, and KPIs along the entire funnel. Set goals aligned with the leadership team; track results; lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team; foster innovation and data-driven decision-making. Oversee campaign planning across all awareness and conversion channels. Develop the most culturally relevant brand in finance in Italy, ensuring Italians think of Scalable when considering investing. Ensure compliance with Italian and EU regulations, aiming to be the most trusted brand in finance. Qualifications Several years of marketing experience, including team leadership roles. Proven track record in scaling consumer tech or fintech brands in startup, scale-up, or agency environments within Italy. Expertise across the full funnel: acquisition, activation, retention, across channels like brand, performance, content, partnerships, and CRM. Ability to balance creative innovation with an 80/20 optimization mindset: test, learn, and scale what works. Ability to connect product, brand, and growth into a cohesive story, combining creative taste with fast feedback loops and optimization. Ownership mentality: make decisions, think long-term, and complete projects. Fluent in Italian and English; German is a plus but not required.
