Job Description Lead all marketing activities for Scalable Capital in Italy, reporting directly to the CMO in Germany and the Italian market lead. Define marketing and growth strategies for the Italian market, owning the budget, channel mix, and KPIs across the entire funnel. Set goals in alignment with the leadership team, track results, and lead a high-performing marketing team while fostering innovation and data-driven decision-making. Oversee campaign planning across all awareness and conversion channels. Develop the most culturally relevant brand in finance in Italy. When Italians think about investing, they should think about Scalable. Ensure compliance with Italian and EU regulations. Strive to be the most trusted brand in finance by adhering to industry rules and regulations. Qualifications Several years of experience in marketing, including experience as a team leader. A track record of scaling consumer tech or fintech brands in startup, scale-up, or agency/consulting environments in Italy. Mastery of the full funnel: from acquisition to activation to retention, across all channels including brand, performance, content, partnerships, and CRM. Ability to balance bold creative strategies with a ruthless 80/20 optimization mindset: testing, learning, and scaling what works. Skill in linking product, brand, and growth into a cohesive story, combining creative taste with a focus on fast feedback and optimization. Ownership mentality: making decisions, thinking long-term, and completing projects. Fluency in Italian and English; German is a plus but not required.
