Job summary: Flexible hours available 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role Work pass will be provided for this role Expected salary: $3,200 - $3,500 per month Retail Store Manager Basic up to $3200 5-day work week Preferably 3 years of experience in Managerial Position Career progression Responsibilities: Report to Block Manager and lead a team of retail staff Ensure sales targets are met through effective team management and customer service Oversee merchandise mix, stock holding, and inventory control Analyse sales performance and develop strategies to increase revenue Work closely with Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams on store displays Conduct training for staff on customer service and operations Handle customer feedback, complaints, and store expenses Ensure service quality and improve overall store operations efficiency Requirements: Diploma in Retail Management or related disciplines Strong leadership with effective planning and organizational skills Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities with a proactive approach Minimum 3 years of managerial experience (preferred) Positive attitude with strong passion for the retail industry Other Information: Location : Various Locations Working Days/Hours : 5-day work week rotating shift Salary: Basic from $3200 joining incentive Please indicate the below information in your resume: Current & Expected salary Reason(s) for leaving Availability to commence work We regret only short listed candidate will be notified.
