Account Manager (Metalworking) - North & West Italy

Position: Account Manager You will be the main sales contact for the North-West Italy territory, covering all of Quaker Houghton's products, equipment, and services. Your focus will be on nurturing relationships with existing customers in the metalworking market, driving cross-selling, and enhancing customer satisfaction, as our customers’ success is our own. What we offer: Competitive pay bonus program Company car Meal tickets health insurance Two paid days for volunteering annually Career growth opportunities in commercial and related areas QH University: online training for all levels Wellbeing, mental health, women inclusion, and DEI programs Responsibilities: Develop business in North and West Italy to meet sales and gross margin targets Visit customer sites regularly to build relationships Create presentations, proposals, and commercial offers demonstrating value Provide technical advice, collaborating with Product Application team Coordinate with KAM, Customer Service, and Technical Service teams Report sales activities and forecasts using CRM and IT tools Participate in industry conferences and trade shows Monitor competitors, industry trends, and regulations Requirements: At least 3 years of proven sales experience in metalworking, steel rolling, or lubricants industry Preferably from lubricants, greases, coolants, or similar chemical markets Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgic, Chemical, or relevant engineering field (highly valued) Fluent in Italian and English Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Field-based role in West and North Italy Soft skills: safety-conscious, team-oriented, autonomous, results-driven, analytical, customer-focused About Us: We are a global leader in industrial process fluids, present in over 40 countries, continually innovating to help manufacturers stay ahead.
