Payroll Specialist

Position Description Payroll Specialist: We are looking for a passionate Payroll Specialist to join our Client Services Team. The Payroll Specialist is responsible for serving ADP clients to deliver World Class Service, maximize value, and continuously improve processes and services. This is a temporary contract for maternity cover. Location: Milan Role in Terms of Tasks: Ensure the delivery of excellent service by resolving client queries, issues, and requests within agreed service levels. Identify and implement service, process, and product improvements. Manage CRM and email caseloads, while being available to answer client phone queries. Manage client expectations regarding case resolution timescales. Certify all output provided to the client. Ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery. Additional Responsibilities: Contribute to root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent reoccurrence of client queries and issues. Actively manage own knowledge and skills to meet productivity and quality standards, and share knowledge with the client support team. Input and check payroll output for accuracy and compliance with legislative requirements. Perform monthly declarations to third parties (Uniemens, F24). Maintain knowledge of current ADP products, services, and statutory legislation. Review and analyze Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback and create management action plans as appropriate. Who We Are Looking For: Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a bureau environment (HR department or CDL). Good knowledge of major CCNL. Proficiency in English (mandatory). Payroll experience. Experience working with a CRM tool. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong client relationship management qualities. Economic studies background (desirable).
