This position reports to: Business Manager - E2E Your responsibilities: Efficient coverage of the assigned region and market segment, working closely with LBL front-end sales, responsible for Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) sales for a portfolio of strategic accounts based in the region. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their AMR needs and partnering with them. Build customer loyalty among existing clients and expand the customer base through new business generation. Develop a network of industrial contacts within the responsible territory. Focus on the client structure and develop solid relationships with clients and integrators through excellent customer service. Increase market share through market development and valuation, following sales strategies and executing budgets. Identify future market opportunities and formulate solutions in cooperation with headquarters. Collaborate with LBL front-end sales, responsible for all AMR sales processes in key accounts (contact, offers, contracts). Your background: A university degree in Engineering, preferably with experience in the AMR segment. More than 7 years of experience in technical or consultative sales, preferably in logistics, automation, material handling, or supply chain solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong negotiation skills, empathetic, curious, and open to learning new technologies. Strong English language skills and intercultural competence. Strategic thinking to define go-to-market strategies in the industrial sectors under responsibility. Proactive, problem-solving, results-oriented professional. J-18808-Ljbffr
