MISSION To be an ambassador for the Kids&Us brand and method in the classroom and to ensure our students learn English successfully. RESPONSIBILITIES Preparing your classes: scheduling, planning, and preparing each session. Teaching classes according to the Kids&Us method, as outlined in the didactic guides. Organising the classroom to facilitate learning. Motivating students in their language learning. Establishing good relationships with parents and students. Monitoring students' attendance, learning progress, reports, tests, marks, and any incidents or problems. Writing progress reports at the end of each term. Informing management or the Academic Coordinator about any unusual situations. Participating in presentation and informational meetings each term, depending on language capacity and ability to relate to parents. Providing personalized monitoring for each child. Conducting parent-teacher meetings each term as needed, possibly with the Academic Coordinator or management team. Engaging in internal meetings with academic coordination and management. Participating in children being dropped off and picked up, to foster parent loyalty. BACKGROUND 1 year of experience working with children. 2-4 years of experience teaching adolescents. 4 years of proven experience teaching English, including grammar and exam preparation.
