As a team leader, you'll be responsible not only for the store's success but also for your career development. Working at Action! Alongside Assistant Store Managers, you'll manage sales staff and strive for excellent results. You'll monitor turnover, organize product placement on shelves, and oversee the store's image. You'll also handle orders, daily cash register closing, activity planning, and ensure your colleagues can grow, actively participating in staff selection. Regular contact with the Regional Manager will keep you informed about sales performance and management results. You have at least five years of retail experience, including two years in a managerial role. You have experience in performance evaluation and attendance control. Given our opening hours, you are comfortable working weekends. You are perceptive, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented. You meet Action's corporate culture requirements: cost-consciousness, customer focus, respect for others, teamwork, discipline, and simplicity. You have good knowledge of the English language.
