Property Officer/Executive (Town Council)

About the role This is a full-time Property Officer/Executive role within the Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council. As a Property Officer/Executive, you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of public housing properties, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for residents. What you'll be doing Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of public housing properties, including liaising with service providers and contractors Respond to and resolve inquiries and feedback from residents in a timely and professional manner Conduct regular inspections of properties and identify areas for improvement or maintenance Ensure compliance with relevant by-laws, regulations, and policies Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as town council staff and community partners, to enhance the overall living experience for residents What we're looking for Relevant diploma or degree in property management, real estate, or a related field At least 2 years of experience, preferably in similar capacity Strong customer service orientation and the ability to effectively communicate with residents Good problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle a variety of property-related issues What we offer At the Bishan-Toa Payoh Town Council, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and collaborative work environment.
