Mission: As MATERIALS & LOGISTIC MANAGER you are responsible for Management of the Plant Logistics team, building Plant Logistics budget and follow up related KPI target’s achievement so is Materials Mgt. & Logistics team resources staffing, training, polyvalence and career management respecting and promoting the Values & Objectives of ANTOLIN TLAXCALA. Responsibilities: Activities corresponding to follow up KPI target’s achievement. Activities coordination for staffing, training, polyvalence and career management. Activities corresponding to uploading information to the System (LEAR / AUDI) Activities related to client What we are looking for: • Building Plant Logistics budget and follow up related KPI target’s achievement. • Materials Mgt. & Logistics team resources staffing, training, polyvalence and career management. • Meet Logistics Targets and follow up related KPI (delivery performance, stock accuracy, stock value, transport cost, system usage, head counts). • Secure implementation and respect of the different standards defined. • Proposing to the Plant Management and Logistics Organization Best Practices and Lessons Learnt, ensuring know how capitalization and implementation. • Plant Logistics readiness for New Programs. • Proper Plant ERP set up for Logistics. • Customer Service. • Secure best in class Delivery Performance rates to the different Customers. • Lead robust Sales & Operating Plan (S&OP) and Master Production Scheduling processes. Warehouse Management. • Full Physical Flow management (reception, storage, line feeding, shipping) to secure continuous supply. Procurement. • Manage Material Planning Team to ensure availability of raw materials / component respecting stock value targets and launching continuous improvement actions C7stock reduction, supplier delivery performance…) What can we offer you: You will be part of a highly engaged multinational with international career opportunities.
