About Us Araner is an engineering company specializing in EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects . We are seeking an Office Manager to lead our administrative, accounting, and financial department. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s economic, tax, and administrative management, with a strong focus on tax and contractual risk management, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting management in strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Travel management Reception duties (handling calls, visitors, correspondence) Office supply management Office inventory control Invoicing and billing Administrative support to the accounting department Other administrative and accounting tasks (expense management and reimbursement, payments, credit card settlements, etc.) Document and file management Communication with other company branches Assistance to the Company Managers Minimum Requirements Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance Knowledge of accounting and invoicing High level of English (oral and written) Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role with similar responsibilities Valid work permit in Spain Desired Qualities Responsible and reliable Highly organized Proactive attitude Strong work capacity Team-oriented mindset Benefits Meal vouchers (Ticket Restaurante) Flexible working hours
