The opportunity: As a Senior Data Analyst Specialist , you will be a key member in the Data team and will be responsible for building data models, developing and maintaining attribution models, evaluating campaign performance and working hand to hand with Marketing and Product teams. This role requires a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality results. Additionally, you will be expected to effectively communicate with stakeholders, support other business areas as well as other members of the Data team, organise work within an Agile framework and help the whole team grow. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary analyst responsible for marketing and product data, reporting, and strategic insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing performance using Tableau. Build and optimise marketing models, including attribution models, to evaluate campaign effectiveness and maintain their accuracy and relevance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide analytical support across different areas of the business. Utilize SQL and BigQuery for data extraction and manipulation. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and present findings clearly. Organize and manage tasks in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Qualifications: 5 years of experience in data analysis in a marketing and product environment. Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with modern data warehouses (Ideally BigQuery). Proven experience building dashboards and visualisations in Tableau. Strong proficiency with Google Analytics, working with the raw underlaying data. Experience with attribution models, first click vs last click implementations, etc. High experience with dbt for data transformation and modelling, optimizations, incremental modelling, etc… Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience organising work and managing projects within an Agile framework. Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Fluency in Spanish and English is a must. Experience working with A/B tests and providing analytical support for them is a plus. Experience with data reliability or SQL optimisations techniques is a plus.
