Role Title: Revenue Management Operations Research Analyst Skills: Excel, Negotiation, Project Management, Python, & Analytics Location: Madrid, Spain Years of Experience: 3yrs Language: Spanish (C2) and English (B1) We at Coforge are looking to hire a Revenue Management Operations Research Analyst with the following characteristics: Purpose of the Role Serve as a system administrator, project leader, and advocate for Revenue Management best practices to ensure RASK (Revenue per Available Seat Kilometer) maximization and cost efficiency. This role drives transformational initiatives through cross-functional collaboration across the business. A proactive, innovative, and self-driven mindset is essential for success. Key Milestones & Challenges Delivering on financial plan RASK and managing commercial CAPEX/OPEX Developing and implementing strategic Revenue Management transformation initiatives Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and proactive problem-solving Supporting commercial business plan initiatives Accountabilities Administer Revenue Management systems, including incident reporting and resolution. Provide temporary coverage for colleagues when needed. Recommend and promote best practices within the Revenue Management function. Deliver training to analysts as required. Lead and contribute to projects involving Revenue Management, including ideation, requirements gathering, presentations, testing, and follow-ups. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Company-wide KPIs: EBIT, RASK, NPS Revenue Management-specific KPIs Project and initiative-specific KPIs Key Internal Relationships Revenue Management, Network Planning, Sales, Marketing, Digital, NDC, Ancillaries, Alliances Data & Transformation, Loyalty, Strategy, Customer Experience, Finance, IT Key External Relationships Joint business partners System providers Education, Skills & Experience Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or more than 3 years of experience in Revenue Management Skills (Preferred) Proficiency in English (minimum B level) Intermediate Excel skills Strong analytical and presentation capabilities Effective communication and stakeholder management Negotiation and project management experience in cross-functional teams Ability to identify automation opportunities Competence in algorithm design Basic programming skills in Python or VBA Core Competencies Proactive and self-motivated Creative and innovative thinker Strategic and transformational mindset Efficient in prioritization and optimization Results-oriented with strong accountability Resilient under pressure Collaborative team player Positive, can-do attitude Solution-focused approach High degree of autonomy Strong sense of urgency
