Sales Order & Export Specialist To strengthen our Customer Services department at global level we are looking for a : SALES ORDER & EXPORT SPECIALIST ROLE: Manage customer service, according to a client portfolio; provide information respectively to stock availability, production deadlines, product packaging and delivery. Manage commercial communications, being the interface between clients and the various departments concerned. Arrange transportation according to customer instructions and ensure that the goods are shipped according to the contractual terms and to the different customs regulations. Prepare and establish shipping records to meet the customer’s expectations and requirements . Actively participate in the sales offer process and in the drafting and the review of client contracts in terms of transportation, export, and delivery requirements. PROFILE: Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a similar position in an international environment. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus. Knowledge of international trade.
