Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the general wellbeing, safety, and compliance of all properties in your portfolio. Conduct and compile annual building condition assessments. Execute and monitor all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and signed leases. Ensure compliance with company policies, National Facilities Management Strategy, OHS Act, and ISO quality standards. Manage contractors, service providers, and preventative maintenance schedules. Conduct regular property inspections and ensure all permits and OH&S requirements are in place. Monitor budgets, submit accurate monthly reports, and drive cost-effective solutions. Oversee tenant installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring quality and compliance. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum: Grade 12 . Relevant tertiary education in Facilities Management, Construction, Mechanical, Technical, or Drafting . Project Management qualification advantageous. 35 years experience in Facilities Management across commercial, retail, or industrial properties . Strong knowledge of OHS Act, ISO 9001, Soft Services, and technical building fundamentals . Proficiency in MS Office Suite & MDA . Key Competencies: Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Proactive, innovative, and highly organized. Strong customer focus and relationship management. Problem-solving mindset with high stress tolerance.
