Key Responsibilities: Contact existing and potential customers to promote and sell products Handle incoming sales calls and process orders accurately Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and resolving complaints Work closely with the operations team to ensure orders are delivered on time Requirements: Matric / Grade 12 (essential) Previous telesales or internal sales experience (FMCG/food industry advantageous) Strong communication and negotiation skills Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport quickly Computer literacy (MS Office, email, basic order systems) Goal-driven and able to work under pressure Must be reliable and punctual
