Our client is seeking a Technical Trainer & Support Specialist to join their KwaZulu-Natal team. This is a key role that combines training delivery, technical support, customer service, and business development. Main Duties and Responsibilities Planning & Training Manage and update the shared training calendar in Outlook. Communicate with Area Managers to allocate training dates and report findings. Provide regular activity reports, including customer feedback and market insights. Assist in planning training schedules, installation timelines, and follow-ups. On-the-Job & Classroom Training Deliver training according to the set calendar. Conduct on-site and classroom-based training, including kitchen, laundry, and housekeeping. Ensure training is delivered on time and to a high standard. New Business Development Identify opportunities for growth and contribute to generating sales leads. Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and networking events. Sales & Customer Liaison Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
