To manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generate sales, and identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction. To build & maintain good relationships with customers Generate customer quotations Achieve sales targets Stock management Managing back-orders Procurement of stock, as and if needed Sales and related administration Matric or Equivalent with math or business studies Excellent customer service ability with at least 2 years of internal sales or customer servicing experience Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans) Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong numeracy and administrative skills
