About the Role Were seeking an individual with at least 1 yearof hands-on experience in the construction field. The ideal candidate is not only skilled, but also brings a positive attitude , strong communication skills , and a desire to grow with an established, values-driven brand. What You'll Do Install K-style and half-round gutters with precision Represent the brand positively when interacting with clients and coworkers Work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions Support and train newer team members as you grow into leadership Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture Work occasional overtime as needed What We're Looking For 1 years experience in construction Strong work ethic and team-first attitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training (preferred) Passion for your craft and pride in doing things right the first time Requirements Age 18 Valid drivers license Ability to work at heights and outdoors in all seasons Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. Compensation Hourly rate: $17-$24/hr , depending on experience Opportunities for raises tied to our Skills Ladder Training Program Overtime available Performance bonus available Health insurance reimbursement after 6 months of employment Benefits and career advancement opportunities, including ability to lead a crew and make $75k Why Work With Us?
