What We Offer 100% commission-based compensation (1099 position) Full or part-time flexibility Work remotely via phone or Zoom Access to a robust lead generation platform One-on-one mentorship and weekly team training Opportunity to grow into a leadership or agency ownership role Monthly bonuses and production incentives No quotas or income caps Earning Potential Part-time (1–2 sales/week): $500–$1,000 weekly Average (3–5 sales/week): $1,500–$2,500 weekly High producers (6–8 sales/week): $3,000–$4,000 weekly Top agents regularly make 12 sales per week What You'll Do Help clients identify the right life insurance and financial protection for their needs Conduct appointments virtually over the phone or Zoom Follow up with prospects and manage your client pipeline Implement training and scripts to improve performance Optionally recruit and mentor new agents as you grow Who We're Looking For Self-motivated and driven to succeed Strong communication and organizational skills Able to work independently in a remote environment Comfortable working 100% commission-based Life and Health Insurance License (or willing to obtain) Leadership experience or aspirations are a plus Perks and Support Health insurance options available Travel and bonus incentives Passive income opportunities over time Access to proven systems and marketing tools A team culture that values your input, balance, and growth Please Note This is a commission-only sales opportunity.
