Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Assess patient needs and develop care plans accordingly. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. - Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team. - Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation. - Adhere to all safety, regulatory, and institutional standards. Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an Emergency Department or similar setting. - Active New Jersey RN License (must be in hand at the time of application). - Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS are required. - Commitment to a minimum of 2 shifts per month. Additional Details: - Cancellation Policy: A 2-hour cancellation notice is required. - Flu Immunization: Mandatory unless a valid medical exemption with supporting documentation is provided. - Scrub Policy: Any color scrubs are acceptable as long as they are clean and neat.
