Attendant: Recreation (Fixed Term Contract)

Our Sports & Leisure (S&L) at Fancourt, is now accepting applications for an Attendant: Recreation (Fixed Term) someone who has drive and passion for the industry, with the ability to work under pressure and stay calm in difficult situations. We consider the following as essential: Qualifications & Experience: Grade 12 or equivalent, coupled with first aid training & experience in swimming, A valid drivers license will be ideal, A minimum of 6 months operating in a gym/sports club environment. Duties & Responsibilities (areas and indicators listed are not exhaustive and may be changed / supplemented to accommodate business needs from time to time): Daily set up, and follow up by regular walkabout of all Hotel S&L facilities to ensure consistent service delivery, Oversee teenagers and guest activities displaying excellent customer service skills, Promote all S&L activities and services to maximize revenue opportunities, Daily hiring of equipment charges posted in Concept, Ensure extraordinary customer service delivery and guest satisfaction with the service, facilities and the variety of leisure offering. We are looking for candidates who have their own accommodation in George / surrounds, who are prepared to work weekends, Public holiday and shifts, and who are fit and able to carry out the normal responsibilities attached to this role.
